He's also developed strong P&L management and organizational competencies backed by profitable revenue growth and sustainable market share. Additionally his experience includes excellent business concept ideation, deal structuring, contract negotiations, partnership development skills, startup execution, team coaching and marketing/sales presentation abilities facilitating ventures, sales, decision-making and strategic alliances.

Cesar is a successful entrepreneur with experience working in large corporate settings and small / middle market companies. Past work and consulting experience include: Mercantil Bank, Churromania, Diageo, Epson, Evenpro, Hewlett Packard, Movilnet-GTE/Verizon, and Telefonica-Movistar. Based out of Miami, Mr. Prato is an Electrical Engineer (BSEE) from Louisiana State University (LSU) with MBA studies at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela. Bilingual: English and Spanish.
